Asian Inspired Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 cup Heinz® Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Finely chopped green onion
3 tablespoons Minced, fresh ginger
2 tablespoons Sesame or vegetable oil
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pound Pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, (optional)
Preparation
Blend the Ketchup with the soy sauce, onion, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic.
Place tenderloin in a bowl and cover with Ketchup mixture. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours; turn occasionally.
When done marinating, preheat oven to 350 F. Spray baking pan with oil.
Remove pork from marinade and place in baking pan. Pour marinade into a small saucepan and save. Sprinkle pork with pepper. Tightly cover.
Roast for 20 minutes or until pork reaches internal temperature of 145 F.
Meanwhile, bring reserved marinade to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes; keep warm.
When pork tenderloin is cooked, brush with cooked marinade. Turn on broiler and brown pork for 5 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes.
Slice meat and place on platter. Pour remaining sauce evenly over slices.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
