Vegetable oil

Chopped onion

Chopped celery

cup
Chopped carrots
1
cup
Chopped tomatoes

cup
Chopped green pepper
1
cup
Sliced mushrooms
1
clove
Garlic, minced
1
teaspoon
Dried oregano
1
teaspoon
Dried basil
1
teaspoon
Dried thyme
1

Heinz® Tomato Ketchup

cup
Heinz® Chili Sauce
1/2
cup
Water
1
tablespoon
Heinz® Worcestershire Sauce
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven set over medium-high heat.
Add onion, celery, and carrot; cook for 5 minutes or until softened.
Add tomatoes, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and herbs. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in Ketchup, chili sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
